Great man Spitz...brillant teacher and wasn't afraid to stand up to some of the bullys on the teaching staff on behalf of the students. Wish there were more like him.
Mr Spain was the best maths teacher I ever had! I could understand what he said. That was in the seventies!
Mr Spain. Everything I ever studied with him I got an A in. Easy going and fair. Sometimes he blew his top and ranted for a class but only under provocation. Top chap
Ultra cool dude. Gave you "Lines or the Leather ".Anyway was a great teacher if you wanted to learn.Maths to me was like chinese but this guy was great!
Sound guy-was there from 91 to 96,didn't much like the place, but Mr Spain was spot on.Down to earth, approachable, took no bull, top drawer teacher.Well done!
king kevin of spain is supercool;he was always laid backand friendly. great attitude to make things clear; great perma-tan too. class of 89
credit where credit is due, great teacher.one of the rare teachers that knows his stuff and can explain it to students for them to understand.
legend of a teacher. Very approachable and helpful--prob the best i had--from 1995 6th yr
Very sound teacher. Extremely easy going. 15 years on and I still remember him being really relaxed and friendly. Great at explaining maths.
Best teacher I ever had. Made me want to work really hard, and I was rewarded with an A. Also Great Athletics Coach.
emm we take uh..what a catchphrase! good teacher but very boring the worst was having double maths after p.e. zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Believe it or not, he taught me back in 1975. Was pretty good. Could be a bit stern but maybe the years have softened him. I can still remember linear equations
We'll take ha ha we used to count how many times he said that.. Nothing like a double class of maths!!Hed put you asleep
Very good teacher would help students all day on the same question until they understod.very nice man too!!!
he is very clear. but his class drags through and it gets boring but he explains maths great
