haha our junior cert class got 17 honours As with him as a teacher so he isnt dat bad! highest amount of As in english in one class in da history of da school!
In my leaving cert year in St. Peter's there were 4 A1s in English. 3 were in his class. Results speak. Great teacher if you wanted to learn.
arrogant, rude, lazy and useless, do you see a trend setting in?
Loves his crossword nd Irish Times. But sir learn how to prononce the words. Good teacher overall
not the greatest teacher . . but the man had the funniest stories ever. especually love the one about his time in wales
good teacher with his own sense of style.thanks for the years sir
I find him very helpful and he does try if you do. Very extensive knolage but is lazy.
Knows his stuff but is wrong to rate people based on his own perception. He had me labelled as an undesirable and now I make 4 times what he does. Chill out!
Passionate about the Irish Times like Osama Bin Laden is passionate about the Qur'an. Thinks all Independent/Sun/Star readers are dim and bound for hell.
Seems lazy and past his sell by date in teaching. Nit picks the course and "o.k free class, forgot my books, ok too many out, free class".........any excuse
Knew what he was talking about and a very intelligent man but just didn't put enough energy into teaching english.
sumtimes spent whole weeks describing one poem, would bring you on a magical rollercoaster of stories!!
Shep was a top man! Knew his stuff and was helpful to students that had an interest in English. He just didn't tolerate wasters!
Has no time for those who don't want to learn,But if you actually stop complaining and listen to him he knows what he's on about. True Gent.
I've had him a few times and he just reads his newspaper. I don't know why he teachs at all. Loads of my friends failed exams with him as an english teacher
I dont know why everyone is so hard on him. Wasn't exactly an inspiration but a he was a gentleman.
he was lazy and lacked any interest in the students.he had little time for the majority with a small interest in one or two, not good enough!
a gentleman, wise, didn't have much time for messers, knew his stuff though big time
three words.... lazy lazy and lazy...would rather read the newspaper than teach
