Had Greg for science from 1985 to 1988... Brillant man, I have him to blame I'm working in R
wonder if Greg is still extolling the benefits of transcendental medidation?
Great patience. Never once lost his cool. Occasionally confused the class (himself included) with his maths calculations on the board but in general a good teacher.
everything everyone said was not true. he is the best science teacher in the school. Mr Johnson cannot structure a sentacne. Mr. Guiney just cant teach. MR AHERN FOREVER.
A really great guy. An unbelievable help through school, work was important but not the only reason to live.
i owe this man a lot, helped me get through some very tough times. a good man with a heart of gold
Am now a PhD and massive earner in the chemistry game, thanks greg.
If the man paid more attention to teaching instead of rugby, he may become acceptable as a person. At present very poor teacher.
good laugh sound teacher got the work done. I always looked forward to maths class with him.
exceptional teacher nice guy nd gets da msg across. he epitimises how teachers should teach
Really this "guy" didn't have much leadership. The sole reason I did no Science subject in my Leaving. The best was when he drank potassium permanganate!
Nice person but not absolutely brilliant as a maths teacher. Got me through my Junior Cert maths.
what a legend did u ever hear about d time dere woz an eel stuck 40 feet underground in the water pipe
Bill Guineys partner in crime, a legend in his own right but not as cool as Bill
He is a sound year head but gives really long essays.
Useless, more interested in Rugby and being popular with school team. No interest in students or results.
I hated JC Science+thought Greg was useless, but still got an A?? His classes were good laugh though.
Made no effort to teach what should have been a very good class.
He's an alright teacher, too much into the ole rugby though.
he is a legend since the first day i had him, expert on rugby but has a strange fascination for my brothers 3 senior cup medals
Great Science teacher (1982 to 1988)! A great man to dissect a rabbit in a science class.
Bad teacher, seems being popular is more important to him than his class' education.
Dont like him, hasnt got much control of a class. Rugby this, rugby that..
When we were short bollards in training, Garrett Fitzgerald used make us run around Greg. That was the extent of his use in training.
Nice guy, but talking to the Rugby players about Rugby doesn't help me pass hons maths in the leaving cert.
Taught me in his first year. Instantly recognised as a legend. Had the gift of being both good and popular. Taught us well without EVER raising his voice.
biggest legend ever. talks bout rugger all class.keep it up greg
Living Legend, showed us sally and basically does exactly what he says on the tin. Superior in every way to Dan Healy
great guy, best year head ever. tends to go off on a tangent if you mention the r word.
"Lads, How many people in the class are getting grinds?" Everyone puts up their hand."That's for the best really"
Not exactly the best teacher but believe me, I've has worse.
The worst teacher i ever had. If rugby was a subject he would be ok. Sorry Greg just because you were in charge of the rugby team does not make you any good!
