Clare is everything a teacher should be - she is naturally gifted at her subjects, kind, understanding, honest and has a great comprehension of the stresses that may arise in students as a result of the hustle and bustle of school life. Clare is extremely positive, and has developed respect in and confidence in her students. She is very approachable (always in her room) and played the role of French teacher and year head superbly. Overall, fantastic teacher.
What a lovely lady!
probably the worst teacher in the school but a nice woman to be fair
I was the only French pupil in the school. Her knowledge of French was decent for an Irish person I guess, but she had no teaching skills and no control over us. Her classes were a bit of a joke lol
I gaurantee that if you just spent one week listening to her she'dbe great - got me my LC 'A'
LIKE THE BEST TEACHER IN THE WORLD! you were always there for me when i felt like crying!!!you GO GIRL!!!!!!!
Another teacher too easily riled by smart-alecs of GZ. Knows her stuff if she is allowed to convey it.
When all my chauvinistic, and small minded colleagues have written their piece, I will add that Ms McCaul is an asset that this school hasn't valued, not least
If you let her, she teaches very well. She can get too worked up about small things, but if you just listen to her she's not half bad.
Brave - went to france to teach for a year despite having no french...
Did the biz for me in Irish - she does know her stuff!
Had her for 6 weeks in 4th year, quite good, gets unfair rep., students just see her class it as soft target for messing
Can't control a class, but takes time over students' vocab copies, which is good.
A hardwoman to get on with. Can be defensive although students cannot be blameless in that regard. Class participation could be increased.
she has plentiful supplies of tissues. other than that she is of no help at all
